...“Good morning Susan.  We arrived home safely yesterday - the flights were excellent and our trip was magnificent!  The hotels were outstanding and beautiful - both were in the heart of each city and reflected the culture, architecture and history of each country.  I would definitely recommend those hotels - service and standards are impeccable.  The only glitch we had was Swissair lost Jim's luggage when we flew from Munich to Zurich (we did not receive it until 10 pm on the night before we left).  Speaking of Zurich - we arrived to find a huge parade going on ( approx. 1 million people from all over the world), and our hotel wonderfully in the middle of it all.  It was both exciting and shocking (it was a "love" parade - all manner of people in all manner of dress....and undress! It was a sight!).  Our drive from Munich to Stuttgart was beautiful - such magnificent countryside (they did not send us a Mercedes, but we enjoyed driving the BMW nevertheless and I don't think it mattered too much at the Mercedes Museum).   Thank you for your efforts in making this such a memorable trip for us.  We look forward to working with you again in the future.” ~ Jim and Susan Burlington, Ontario.
